Returns & exchange policy

At Majliya, we are fully dedicated to the highest level of product quality and customer service. However, should you receive a purchase that is damaged or in the incorrect size, you may return it for a refund in accordance with the return policy and process below:

Returns are only possible if the purchase is of incorrect size or received damaged.

For Return or Exchanges, the item must be unworn, with the product tag untampered, in the original packaging and with all original documentation (certificate, invoice, etc.) included.

Returns or Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase, and can be made at or through the Majliya store in Al Qurum, Muscat or by emailing us at customercare@majliya.com with the receipt of the purchase and proof of damage or incorrect size (for Returns), and with proof of purchase (invoice, documentation etc), an image of the product purchased and details of the product you’d like to exchange it with (for Exchanges).This means that the customer is fully responsible for the safe delivery or shipment of the return purchase to Majliya. Majliya cannot be held responsible in case of loss or damage due to this process.

Majliya does not have a Cash Exchange Policy. Items can be exchanged for value with another product only.

Custom-made, personalised or engraved jewellery or products of any kind cannot be returned or exchanged.

Majliya reserves the right to evaluate returns on an individual basis before a refund is processed and does not accept any returns that indicate or show signs of wear, tampering, modification, negligence or exposure to chemicals.

Upon approval, Majliya credits the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days of receiving and acknowledging the returned purchase. Processing times may vary subject to payment providers.

Payment will be credited to the customer’s account for Returns made through the Majliya store. Majliya does not offer in store cash return for online purchases.

Majliya monitors returns made. Any breach of this policy may lead to closure of your account or future orders being refused. Majliya also reserves the right to close your account or refuse future orders where, in Majliya’s sole opinion, you have made an unreasonable number of returns.
