How do I search for a specific item?

There are two easy ways to find a specific item.

The first is by visiting the Majliya homepage, selecting the relevant type of jewellery and then clicking on the box with the desired collection. Within the collection, you can further refine your search by selecting a specific item based on the metal colour, gemstone and/or size.

Alternatively, users are welcome to enter a specific item or line in the Search bar on the top of the page.

How do I change the currency?

To change the currency, click on the currency dropdown at the top of the page and select the preferred currency.

We currently offer Omani Rial (OMR), Saudi Arabian Rial (SAR) and United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) currency options.

What payment methods does Majliya accept?

Majliya accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express card payments. Cash payments are only accepted in-store.

Where does Majliya ship to?

Currently we exclusively ship to Oman, Saudi Arabia and UAE. Shipment anywhere else in the world can be arranged on request: customercare@majliya.com

Do I need to set up an account to place an order? 

Setting up an account is required to place any order. It also saves time when you visit us next time, with your address and card details saved for a faster shopping experience.

What if I forgot my password?

To reset your password, visit our homepage and click on Sign In. Select Forgot Password and enter either the username or email address linked to your account to reset your password. Follow the steps to get your new password.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, set up an account and simply click on the desired item and select preferred metal colour, gemstones, size (if applicable) and quantity. Once done, simply click on Purchase to proceed. The item will now appear in your shopping cart, found on the top of the page.

Continue shopping by selecting the option at the top of the shopping cart page, or Proceed to Checkout to finalize your order. Orders are not placed until billing and payment details are entered and Place Order is selected.

Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be informed by email about the delivery of the item.
