Initial Conversation and Design Consultation
Your bespoke journey begins with a complimentary in-person consultation at our studio. This is where the Design Manager gathers the basic information around the project, like your taste, initial ideas, and specific design requirements in order to create something personal and unique. In this first meeting we’ll ask you about your preferred metal, the gemstones you have in mind, and personalised customisations, like engraving.
Finalisation of Design
A hand sketch of your design will be created based on our initial consultation. Once this is approved, and after we have settled on a design and gemstone, we will issue you a final quote outlining all the project details for your confirmation and approval.
Handcrafting
The most intimate and magical part of the entire process, your design will be handcrafted to perfection in our workshop. The time required to create your jewel will vary depending on the intricacies of the design. If you have a specific date in mind that you would like your piece by, do communicate this with your design consultant to ensure a smooth turnaround. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred timeline without compromising on craftsmanship.
The Reveal
Once your mesmerising piece has been crafted, we will invite you to our boutique to collect it. A masterpiece designed to be an extension of you, your bespoke piece is ready to be worn by you, and adored by your loved ones.
